TEAMSTEAM-Developing STEAM Literacy
Objectives
The primary goal of this project is to foster STEAM literacy in school education through a programmatic approach. This involves promoting digital competency in classrooms, providing continuous education to leaders and teachers, and preparing them for the challenges of the 21st century. The project aims to:
- Equip educational leaders and teachers with comprehensive knowledge and skills.
- Train teachers using reflective, creative, and collaborative frameworks.
- Introduce innovative educational methodologies.
- Shift the mindset of educators towards embracing STEAM literacy.

Implementation
The project will focus on two main activities: planning and dissemination. Key steps include:
- Conducting numerous online meetings to define the structure and content of training programs for educational leaders and teachers.
- Identifying the target audience and establishing dissemination channels for the training materials.
- Organizing reciprocal on-site visits for face-to-face meetings, scheduled over five days.
- Hosting a transnational conference to share experiences and emphasize the project’s impact.

Results
The expected outcomes of the project include:
- Developing a framework to assess the competencies of programmatic leaders.
- Creating a STEAM-oriented, collaborative, reflective, and digital skill-building training program for programmatic leaders.
- Utilizing an online self-assessment tool to assist and guide school teachers.
- Producing a guidebook for educators to document the entire process and recommend best practices.
- Strengthening intercultural ties with other EU educational settings by exchanging perspectives.
